The VK RespiRaptor respirator operates on the principle of a dual barrier, where viruses are captured by the Nano fiber membrane and then actively and continuously killed by accelerated copper. Thanks to this, the respirator can be considered self-sterilizing and can be worn multiple times without any additional maintenance or until it shows signs of mechanical damage.

How Long Can One VK RespiRaptor Nano Respirator Be Used?

Thanks to the self-sterilizing feature, the VK RespiRaptor can be removed and worn multiple times as needed. Without any additional maintenance, the VK RespiRaptor can be used for up to 168 hours cumulatively. The active copper works much longer and retains its antiviral function, but some parts of the mask may become damaged due to wear, so 168 hours remains the recommended usage period.
